Olga did her utmost to help me retrieve the parcel.
My parcel was shipped quickly but it got stuck due to a postal strike in my country. When I reached out to customer support Olga was concerned and very helpful. She did her utmost to help me retrieve the parcel. The products I received met my expectations. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Blacklisted because I questioned a rusty part that broke
First time ordering with this company and had to return a rusty €42 presser foot and was black listed. Brand: Juki. Part Type: Generic. Arrives in good time to Germany, wrapped in Juki blue tape and bubble wrap and inside that a small bag with a hand written part number . Install on the machine, screw breaks because it’s rusted through. Rust all over the finger guard. Informed that I knew what I was buying and that the part was Nippo, not Juki. Informed that I was in the wrong and was offered a replacement part. Replied stating that I believed I was buying Juki as the brand was listed as Juki and that as that part was for the LH-31** twin needle range that meant to me it was generic throughout the range and would fit, not that it was a lesser quality make, Nippo. Pointed this issue out and how it could confuse some and was promptly refunded my €42 and told that I was not welcome to buy there. Utterly terrible treatment for what was a genuine concern over the quality of a product that did not meet the expectations or indeed the quality I expected of a Juki part.

Excellent service and price
Very impressed with the cost, speed of delivery and overall service. This is the first time I have used Armastore - for the purchase of some specialized sewing machine needles which are not easy to find (for a vintage industrial sewing machine). I placed the order very late on a Thursday evening, received a friendly confirmation of shipping 9 a.m. the following morning with an easy to use tracking system, and received the actual goods the following Thursday morning (i.e. less than a calendar week after submitting the order; goods were shipped from Estonia to France). Shipping was free as I exceeded the minimum order and was thus eligible. I would definitely use them again. Thanks so much for a refreshingly stress-free experience!
