The company provides deceptive shipping…
The company provides deceptive shipping information. Stating expedited shipping arrives in 3-5 business days. I'm currently on day 10 and still waiting. They ship from Hong Kong. It's beyond me why they don't lower shipping cost (they are high) and have regional distributers who can ship out products faster.

Buried import fees
I wish I had known this before ordering. I placed two orders with Armor-X, one for $109.99 and one for $114.98. Both invoices showed $0 shipping, $0 tax, and $0 amount due, so I assumed what I paid at checkout was the final cost. Then DHL contacted me after the orders shipped and wanted another $20.12 on one package and $21.90 on the other for import-related fees. That’s when I also found out the packages were actually shipping from Shenzhen, China. Maybe Armor-X has this buried somewhere in their shipping policy, but it was absolutely not clear to me when I ordered that I was buying something being shipped from China or that I could get hit with another $20+ charge per package after checkout. Just posting this so other U.S. buyers know: the price you see and pay at checkout may not be the final price you end up paying.

Scratches Very Easily and Poor Customer Service
I bought the Armor-X cover for my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in May, and it already has several scratches after only a short period of normal use. I take very good care of my belongings, so this is not due to negligence. Unfortunately, the material appears to scratch extremely easily, which is disappointing considering the price and the protective claims of the product. I also contacted the company about the issue but received no response. Poor product durability combined with poor customer service has made this a very disappointing purchase. I expected much better quality from Armor-X.
