Hallo liebes Team, Vielen herzlichen Dank für das Kleid Prinzessin im Exil nach Mass. Es sitzt perfekt sieht mega aus und ist mein absoluter Traum. Es könnte nicht schöner sein. Alle Wünsche erfüllt. Ich hatte schon Angst dass es nicht rechtzeitig kommt fürs Mittelalterfest in Selb. Ein langer Traum geht in Erfüllung. Blessed be

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site. J'ai commandé une paire de boucles d'oreilles. Noté livrés le 24 juillet mais rien dans ma boîte. On me répond que comme je n'ai pas pris l'assurance (donc payé plus cher), c'est tant pis pour moi. Ils ne font rien auprès du transporteur, aucun geste commercial.. à fuir.

Total incompetence and terrible customer service
Do not recommend shoping at Armstreet or Armstreet France (which is the same). The impotence of the shop and their customer support is beyond imagination. I return the chemise (22.06) and they receive it at their warehouse 2 days later (24.06). However, I got my money back 25 days after that!!! And only after I threatened them with legal repercussions (in EU you have 14 days as a seller to refund the customer). And the worst thing in that terrible experience with Armstreet is that I kept the other item I order (the dress) and its really poor quality for the price they charged (should have return everything and never have anything to do with this shop ever again). And at the end of the story the shipping fees are non refundable (they charged 14€, I sent it back for ~8€, so it's one big SCAM). FIND STH BETTER AND CHEAPER ON ETSY (speaking from experience)

Great fan
I have been shopping at Armstreet for several years. I love the quality of their clothes and leather goods. It all feels very authentic and it's all incredibly well-made with more attention to detail than I would give if I had to sew it myself. The linen is top quality and I am always looking for ways to use the pieces in my daily wardrobe and not just for roleplay. The times I have had to deal with customer service they have been very helpful. Be aware, if you buy from the EU, that VAT/duty and handling fees will be added by customs. On their german website they now have to option of paying the local VAT when you order.
