Transplant and guarantee failed. They ghosted me
The people are wonderful, but the transplant failed. I got about 40% results one year after. Heartbreaking actually. What's worse is that they are ghosting me for the last 3 months since I've been asking them what next and what about their 95% guarantee? For that reason, I would highly advise to pick on of the other hundreds of places around Istanbul. Pick another place

I traveled from the U.S. to Turkey for a hair transplant at ArtMed Clinic, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Elvis, the medical consultant, was incredibly helpful before my trip, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident. He guided me through the entire process, from consultation to travel arrangements, making everything stress-free. At the clinic, the staff was professional, the facilities were modern, and the procedure went smoothly. The doctors were skilled, and the aftercare instructions were clear. A few months later, my results look fantastic—natural and full. I highly recommend ArtMed Clinic.

Big shoutout to my consultant, Elvis!
I recently had a hair transplant at ArtMed Clinic in Turkey, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! From the initial consultation to the post-surgery care, everything exceeded my expectations. A huge shoutout to my medical consultant, Elvis, who was absolutely fantastic. Before I even set foot in Turkey, Elvis was incredibly supportive and professional, answering all of my questions and guiding me through every step of the process. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, helped me with all the logistics, and made sure I was fully prepared for the treatment. His attentiveness really put my mind at ease and made me feel confident about my decision. When I arrived at ArtMed Clinic, I was impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities and the warm, welcoming staff. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, creating a very calming environment for what could otherwise be a nerve-wracking experience. The staff made sure I was well taken care of, and the whole process felt smooth and organized. The hair transplant procedure went beautifully, and I’m already seeing amazing results! I’m so glad I chose ArtMed Clinic, and I’m extremely grateful for Elvis and the entire team for making this journey so positive. I am BEYOND impressed with Artmed!
I am BEYOND impressed with my experience so far, with the Artmed clinic. It's a scary idea, to travel overseas, to a country you've never been to. Even from step one (getting in contact with Artmed), my contact, Edmond Suka, was very knowledgeable about the procedure. Edmond had sent alot of information about the procedure, the recovery, cost, and links to airlines that flew directly to Istanbul. We even had video conferences, to become even better acquainted. It took a couple months to get planned, but Edmond was with me, every step. We even added some dental work to the list. They were very accommodating. Arrival in Istanbul, I was met with a very friendly driver, who would shuttle me anywhere I needed to go, in his luxurious Mercedes, this vehicle was gorgeous, and had a conference style seating arrangement, in the back, with chargers, wifi, drinks, and privacy curtains. Any time I needed a ride, all I had to do, was ask. I was taken to my hotel, the Gleam Bomonti Hotel. Where I was escorted to my beautiful room, to relax from the long flight. (Their breakfast is amazing!) I cannot speak a lick of Turkish, but part of the package deal, was to be given an interpreter. Hazar Demirok, who is fluent in 3 different languages, very helpful, and stays with you throughout your procedures. He was also the guy who setup the itinerary, hotel stay, and transportation to all of the appointments. Having his help made this visit a breeze, all I had to do for myself was eat. The first appointment was a dental exam. Where I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Arten, the "Art" of Artmed, as well as his sister, Dr. Zerina, who is also a dentist. I received X-rays, as well as 3 dimensional imaging of my teeth. The sibling duo determined that the extensive work that I had requested, was not necessary, and they could give me the results I wanted, at a fraction of the work, and cost that I had expected. I have never known more honest, and friendly doctors,than Dr. Arten, and Dr. Zerina. They definitely care about the patients, more than the profits. The next day was my hair surgery. Artmed uses the FUE method of hair transplant. Which is less invasive than other methods, with a high rate of graft success. The process took roughly 8 hours to do, and Dr. Muhammet Ali Ìnci, and her crew, were able to get my hair line looking stronger and more natural, than it did in my early 20's. I couldn't be more happy with the results. (Side note: I wanted a beard graft too, but to keep my donor area intact, Dr. Muhammet Ali Ìnci, strongly urged me, wait on the beard graft.) So that's TWICE they've put my well being, over profits. Turkey is a beautiful, inexpensive place to visit, but the care and consideration that I received at the Artmed Clinic, is priceless.
