AVOID ARVEILO AT ALL COSTS - complete scam. Ordered leather sneakers and linen trousers. After three weeks, what arrived: shoes that were AT LEAST 4 sizes smaller than the size ordered (ordered EU 46, my father who wears a 44 couldn’t even get his foot in), and trousers in a completely different color than what was shown on the site (ordered off-white, received green). Contacted their support with photos and video proof as they require. They dragged their feet, then finally agreed to a refund IF I shipped the items back - at MY expense, to an international address, costing me 10x what the items cost them in return shipping. I did exactly what they asked, shipped everything back, confirmed it, and provided tracking/receipt. Result? Radio silence. No refund. No confirmation of receipt. Nothing. The only reason I might see a cent of my money back is because I opened a chargeback dispute directly with my bank - not because Arveilo did the right thing. They banked on me giving up after the return shipping hassle. Don’t make my mistake: if you’ve already ordered and got scammed, start a return procedure and then skip wasting weeks emailing their “customer service” and go straight to your bank for a chargeback. That’s the only thing that actually works with this company. Zero stars if I could.

Worst online experience ever, don’t buy from these scammers
Ordered two linnen pants and shoes! Color is not like in the pictures and they feel like very cheap materials. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order. Super expensive to return and very bad customer service. If I could rate it, I would give it -100. Please don’t by from these scammers. Give the money to a homeless in stead, or burn it. Couse you will not be able to wear it anyways

ladri loro e gli inf4mi che li promuovono su tiktok, dopo decine di volte che li vedo sponsorizzati da content creator su tiktok, decido di comprare un borsone sul loro sito, spacciato come borsone in pelle, mi arriva una borsa completamente diversa e minuscola, tipo quelle che compri dal cinese con quell'odore atroce sintetico di pelle finta e plastica che spero possiate immaginarvi. Chiedo informazioni al loro sito clienti e hanno pure il coraggio di risponderti facendo i finti tonti, chiedendo informazioni e foto sull'articolo come se non fosse tutto strutturato per rubarti i soldi, con reso a tue spese per centinaia di euro da inviare a dubai, avvoltoi trovatevi un lavoro (almeno onesto)
