I had an ASMALLWORLD account for…
I had an ASMALLWORLD account for several years without any issues. Recently, I changed my surname on the app, and instead of simply updating my profile, I received an email demanding identity documents and explanations about why my surname had changed. I find this completely unacceptable and unnecessarily invasive. Changing a surname is a personal matter, and I should not have to explain my private life to a social networking platform just to keep my account information accurate. I asked them to remove my account immediately. I genuinely do not understand why they act as if members should fight to keep access to what is, at the end of the day, a pretty useless account. The whole situation is ridiculous and completely disproportionate. Waste of time I would not recommend after those years there was no benefits out of this app anyways.

Outstanding Luxury Travel Service
I have booked several hotel stays through ASMALLWORLD in different countries, and the service has consistently been excellent. What I value most is having a dedicated team that is always willing to help before, during and after each booking. They respond quickly, are proactive, and genuinely care about making sure everything goes smoothly. Whenever I have had a question or a special request, they have always been happy to assist. I also appreciate their knowledge of the GHA DISCOVERY programme and the time they take to help clarify benefits and liaise with hotels whenever needed. It is reassuring to know that there is a knowledgeable team behind every reservation, especially when travelling internationally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASMALLWORLD to anyone looking for a luxury travel advisor who provides excellent service, valuable hotel benefits and outstanding customer support.
