Totally a success
We are genuinely very happy with our experience with At Ease Home Life and, most importantly, with the final result. The lamps are absolutely beautiful — the design is unique, the colours are gorgeous, and they really stand out in the space. They look even better in person than we expected and we have already received several compliments on them! Our order was quite large and, along the way, we experienced a few small issues with the delivery and some of the accessories. However, what really made a difference was the way the customer service team handled everything. From the moment we contacted them, they were always kind, responsive and genuinely willing to help. Communication was easy and they always tried to find the best possible solution for us. Whenever we raised a concern, they listened carefully and made an effort to resolve it rather than simply dismissing the problem. They arranged replacement parts for the items that needed them and were very accommodating throughout the process. We especially appreciated how available and helpful the team was, as good customer service makes such a difference when ordering furniture or lighting internationally. Despite the small issues along the way, everything was handled professionally and we are very pleased with how the situation was resolved. It gave us confidence that the company stands behind its products and cares about its customers even after the purchase has been made. Most importantly, the lamps themselves are stunning and exactly the statement pieces we were looking for. Beautiful design, lovely finishes and such a special addition to our space. Overall, a very positive experience. We would definitely recommend At Ease Home Life, both for their beautiful and original products and for the support provided by their customer service team. We would happily order from them again! 😊

Exceptional customer service
Couriers broke my lights 3 times but the customer service team never questioned my integrity and dealt with everything amazingly! The products are beautiful and well priced as well. Highly recommended company. Thanks
