C'est une arnaque! J'ai réglé mon abonnement et je n'ai jamais reçu mon code d'accès. Aucune réponse à mes réclamations sur WhatsApp et par mail😡

A éviter sans l'ombre d'un doute
A l'identique de nombreuses désastreuses expériences évoquées dans des posts précédents, je n'ai jamais pu bénéficier des services de Atlas Vpn, leur plateforme étant incapable de se connceter à des serveurs français depuis l'Asie, quel que soit le protocole appliqué. Ce prestataire de service est une fraude pure et simple, puisqu'ils vous facturent un service sans même le délivrer, et sans une once d'éthique, ils ne prennent pas en compte vos demandes de résiliation et ne vous remboursent pas.

These people don't deserve even one…
These people don't deserve even one star. They are shutting shop after taking money from people with a deal up to 2026 which is fraud if they expect people to pay to migrate to NORDVPN who have bought them out. Who should be sued here? Should they both be sued? Cheating customers out of the service they paid for is criminal. And whoever disagrees is also a criminal and supporting criminals.

I feel scammed by Atlas VPN
I was using Atlas VPN quite sucessfully then suddenly last week I could no longer log in. Instead I was confronted by a dialogue box with a button for 'existing users' to log in which asked for my email address. I am then sent an email inviting me to sign up with no option for existing users to log in. This appears to be a scam because when I enter an email address that I have never used with Atlas I get exactly the same result. Somehow I doubt that the promised chang to Nord VPN will happen. It's unbelievable! I have been advised to click on the 'sign up' button to log in even though I am an existing subscriber and it worked. There must be sub optimal people running that site. Surely even the dumbest programer should be able to figure out that fixing that would be easier than responding to thousands of unhappy people.

Atlas is due to join NORD VPN on the…
Atlas is due to join NORD VPN on the 24/4/2024 or so I am led to believe by Atlas in their emails. There is no service now. I have tried and tried to connect to no avail. There is no support chat page either that I can find, so no way of contacting them direct for answers, they had this support chat at one time though. It seems to me that they have broke their own contract and should refund my money or at least re-establish the vpn contact until the said deadline when seemingly everything is going to be transferred seamlessly to Nord without any effort from the prospective user, what then happens between the 10/4/2024 to the 24/4/2024, are we, the users, expected to go without our vpn..? I must say whilst Atlas was indeed running it offered a first class service, what a pity they are closing shop. I'm not removing this review as this event happened and has been acknowledged by Atlas VPN but I will say this, having used the email given I contacted Atlas VPN and they acknowledged what I said, acted upon it immediately and put right whatever was wrong, one cannot say fairer than that. Thank you Atlas and as I said, what a pity Atlas are closing shop for when they were good, they were very, very good.
