Scam Company.
Scam Company. Echoing the other recent reviews, I had previously purchased Atomic Floyd headphones over a decade ago and they were great. The customer service was also responsive back then too. Fast forward to now and I preorder their wireless headphones. Initial release date was February but nothing arrived. Sent various messages but only got one response saying an update was coming. They updated the website to say July release date. Once again, July has come and passed but nothing. No update, no release, no product. Honestly can’t remember a worse product launch, and it has reached the point where the only conclusion is they have taken money and run. Disgraceful behaviour. Scam.

SuperDarts Wireless - Launch Edition
I pre-ordered the SuperDarts Wireless - Launch Edition early May this year. They stated that it would be delivered in July ( they still declare they deliver in July even if it is late August). I have not received anything yet and, if I write the customer care, or they late answer with ridiculous excuses or they do not even answer. I have decided that I do not want any of their products any longer and I doubt I will ever receive a refund. Be aware of their embarrassing behavior and think more than twice before trusting them.

The worst company ever. I have ordered some atomic flloyd headphones in March £495 nothing has appeared and I cant get hold of them what a terrible company DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER

Possible Fraud?
I have to 101% agree with Ingo (2 star reviewer). I am having EXACT same story & issues. Bought (through SHOP. Paid by Amex UK £495 - no small amount) delivery in February 2026. Despite NO product- they still have my £495 - not ONE email to AF support has been replied to. My email is generic uk Gmail. Next step, this week is a call to Fraud Dept at AmexCo UK in Brighton. A better fraud department I don’t know & I have a Black Amex card. And NB: SHOP. You should be all over this too. Not doing your reputation any good. Thank you for reading. SG.

I am among the first costumer of atomic…
I am among the first costumer of Atomic Floyd when they came out, still have the super darts from back then. Last year i paid in full and signed up for these first edition wireless. Shipping of such was advised as per February, this year.Sadly until now there is no sight of the new headphones.My first email kindly asking about advice as to when shipment can be expected was late march, sadly no answer at all. Today i have send another email with the same question. I can fully understand that a new product lunch can run into difficulties or the number of people who jumped on this offer is much below there expectation (price is 495 pounds). What i cant understand is that there is no official update on the website or by letting those who signed up and paid, as to when shipping will finally start. Unfortunately the disappointment is real and if my latest email will remain in the wind, i have to treat this like a scam and seek a solicitor.
