exceptional customer service response
Several hours after placing my order, I realized that I had entered the wrong product. It was too late to edit the order online, so I emailed customer service and asked whether a modification could be made. I had a response from Justin within a few hours (at 3:00 AM CST), indicating that my error had been corrected. It was a relief to know that my error wouldn’t result in having to return the original order and place another.

Phenomenal products AND customer service
AWRY is one of the few brands I am devoted to right now, so I was appalled to see a single negative review for them. From the products to the customer service I can’t think of one negative thing to mention. I tried a single pair of their underwear and absolutely loved it. Now I have over two dozen items from AWRY. It’s simply good quality, comfortable, fun clothing. Their stellar customer service is another reason AWRY deserves a 5 star rating. I did have a pair of underwear that had a small hole in the fabric after a wash, and after contacting AWRY they not only replaced it but offered a discount for a future order, which I promptly placed. I’m not sure what else you could ask for in a small business. So in summary, do not bother listening to negative reviews written by pretentious people that have never even given AWRY a chance. AWRY is a phenomenal company that has raised the bar in every facet.

The clothes are just as described
The clothes are just as described. They are incredibly flattering, incredibly soft and comfortable, incredibly well made, and incredibly functional. Their workout shorts are the best I have ever had. I feel confident and sexy in ALL of the items I purchased. I am so blown away that I have already placed 2 more orders!

The quality of the clothing at Awry…
The quality of the clothing at Awry have been absolutely wonderful. As someone who’s ignored really looking at himself his whole life, I’ve been able to fall in love with the process of workouts all over again as well as falling in love with my own body. I really love how comfortable the bamboo fabric blend is. My favorite are the flow and vers shorts. They really feel less like clothes and more like a second soft skin hugging my legs and help show off my progress.
