Amazing service
Amazing service, our clothes were picked up and dropped off to our hotel without us needing to be there. We were kept informed of the process the whole time and the clothes came back in a great condition. Great value for money and will definitely use them again next time we’re in Bali

Bali laundry is the best holiday gift to yourself
Here is the detailed process: 1. You book online for what service you'd like and they'll send confirmation via WhatsApp 2. Leave your laundry at the lobby with a label for them to connect 3. They weigh it and take pictures of any clothes that were stained 4. They send you the price and you leave money at reception to confirm you agree 5. They wash, dry and iron all your clothing and if any clothes couldn't have stains removed then they'll pack these separate and inform you 6. They drop it to the lobby The clothes were so clean and fresh. I was surprised how many stains they were able to remove from my messy toddlers clothes. The communication was incredible. It was so easy and nothing went missing (not even the toddler socks ). Best thing to do is book this in because it's worth every cent not going home with a suitcase full of washing.
