I am a father of 4
I am a father of 4 , hardworking and honest , this company is unfair and should be closed down , I washed 2 loads of clothes and also dried two loads of clothes , so a total of 4 times , it already charges my debit card an additional .25 cents , and it over charged my card 12.25 , called customer service and also requested refund on app and the customer service was rude and unwilling to help at all , horrible service and customer service , will not be using anymore

Csc works stole $45 from me
Friday before I could use my card or start the washing, and before I added money to account through their terrible app I get notification that $5 has been taken out. Then repeatedly $5 times 9 = $45 was stolen from my debit card because just standing near the machines caused them to repeatedly charge my debit card as the rfid sensor must be broken on a machine. I had to call my bank to get my money. Even being in my apartment I was still getting charged $5. All of that and these machines don’t dry the clothes through all the way, even when the drum isn’t full. spend $2.50 per load and nothing is DRY! If I could give 0 stars I would. They also don’t answer the phone

The units never seem to be online
The units never seem to be online. It’s like playing Russian roulette just to wash clothes. I already have to pay to wash but on top of that, I never know when it will actually work!!! This shit is annoying! I wish my leasing agency would rip the contract up! Good luck if you want to report the issue. You will be speaking to hots the whole time…. So will the problem get fixed? Probably not. When will I get to wash who knows! And I don’t want to hear anything about a damn app! Shouldn’t have to download an app TO WASH CLOTHES! and get this!! The app won’t even download. Soooo. I just don’t get the point. Fix y’all system bc they are trash!!

I have used 2 separate one of these in my little town of Terrell Texas and you can’t even tell how much air you’ve got or need! The numbers bounce around and they’re very unclear to measure with!! I want my 6 bucks back! Another previous day last week and today! Don’t use them if you have an option!

Avoid at all costs using this company
Avoid at all costs using this company. The alp half the time doesn't work, and if it does. And you add money, it will take your money. It has taken $15 for me. Already never again, worst company i've ever dealt with far as using machines to use laundry.
