Horrible sandals
Horrible sandals. They look gorgeous - a low block heel, very elegant, and well - made. But they cut my feet to pieces. Stiff, hard leather straps when, for the price they cost, the material should only be of the softest suede. I would accept a bit of soreness, and be prepared to break them in over time, but these hurt in so many places that it just is not worth it. Do not buy Bally sandals - ever.

I bought a pair of SEALE DEAR GRAIN shoes from Bally in Neumunster, i needed an inlay, unfortunately they didnt have it in the store, so i purchesed a set from Bally online. When they arrived they were one size to small even though i bought them in a 9 as the shoes. I wrote the customer service, all they answered was that they currently are not accepting returns, they gave me a discount code for 10% for the dissapointment. They make an inlay that doesnt fit in their own shoes and they wont accept a return for a bigger inlay that will fit, thats not good enough for a brand of this callber. NEVER BUYING ONLINE FROM BALLY AGAIN!

Ho comprato scarpe Bally, una la brooking dopo tre camminate si sono aperte, scollate. Chiamo un punto vendita e mi chiede dati dello scntrino per attivare la garanzia… ottimo! Penso! Invio il tutto ma mi rispondono che se comprate online la garanzia Bally non si attiva. Ok. Ma nessuno mi dice perch’ scarpe da 600€ mille euro si sono aperte come se fossero prodotte in china… tradizione centenaria dicono, ma ormai anche gli svizzeri vendono non scarpe ma sole… scarpa e marca indegna chi sa come si sta rivoltando il capostipite .

Never buy Bally backpack again
Never buy Bally backpack again. For three years ago I bought a Bally backpack for 800 euro where the zip to one of the two front pockets have broken. The bag can no longer be used. Bally customer service was not service minded at all and just offered 15% discount on a new purchase. Why should I do this when the product quality of the current bag pack is poor especially taking price into consideration. I donot feel Bally takes responsibility when quality is poor and Bally has just lost a very good customer to date. Very unprofessional

Extreme poor quality shoes! Not a luxury brand at all. I brought a pair of shoes from bally. The heel peeled on first wear! They refused to repair it, they said it is wear and tear
