The employees are working to bring about the collapse of their own company. Unless they are pretending to be dim-witted, they are deliberately trying to drive their company into bankruptcy. The name of the person I was matched with: Aurelija Šuliauskaitė. I submitted requests for a month and a half because the email address could not be changed on the KYC verification screen, and the matter was referred to this person. Yet, without a hint of embarrassment, this person’s proposed solution was simply to change the email address. When they finally decided to review the request after a month and a half, they initiated a new KYC process—during which the email address could be changed. However, because it took that person a month and a half just to complete the simple task of reviewing it, my passport expired. I suppose primary school children can read and understand a single sentence in less than a month and a half. However, the employees of this bank do not possess this competence. It was a good bank for the past two years. However, the employees are completely out of control now.

I am encountering an error during KYC verification because the email address does not match. The email address cannot be changed. We have been in contact repeatedly over the past month. KYC verification cannot be completed because the email address cannot be changed. As a solution, your colleague Aurelija suggests that I change my email address. The very reason we are submitting support tickets is that KYC verification cannot be completed due to the inability to change the email address. For a month, the support requests we’ve submitted—stating that the email address cannot be changed on the KYC screen—have been closed by this incompetent employee with the instruction to "change the email address on that screen." That is precisely the problem we are reporting to you. Is there really no one supervising these employees?

Para dar de alta la cuenta, una comisión de 50 euros? Es la primera plataforma que pide eso. No abrais cuentas, si empiezan así, mal va la cosa.

The Bankera financial scandal centers on allegations that the founders of the Lithuanian cryptocurrency startup Bankera misappropriated over €45 million raised from investors during their 2017–2018 Initial Coin Offering (ICO). An investigation exposed that the co-founders diverted these funds through a Vanuatu-based institution, Pacific Private Bank (PPB), using the money to finance personal luxury real estate and questionable loans. The Core Allegations and MisappropriationThe Promise: Bankera was marketed as a revolutionary "bank for the blockchain era," raising tens of millions of euros from investors globally. The Diversion: According to investigative findings, founders Mantas Mockevičius, Vytautas Karalevičius, and Justas Dobiliauskas systematically moved ICO funds into offshore accounts at Pacific Private Bank. The Misuse: Rather than building the platform, executives allegedly issued these funds as personal loans to themselves or used them to acquire luxury properties.Regulatory FalloutOCCRP Investigation: The illicit financial pipeline was brought to light following an extensive cross-border journalistic investigation.License Revocation: Prompted by these revelations, the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu officially revoked the banking license of Pacific Private Bank in late 2025.Asset Freezing: International financial watchdogs and European authorities stepped in to investigate the flow of funds out of the European Union via the Lithuanian startup.Impact on InvestorsStalled Projects: The movement of funds into personal assets left regular investors at a massive loss as Bankera's financial infrastructure collapsed.Recovery Difficulties: The use of offshore entities and cryptocurrency layers created immense challenges for victims attempting to recover their investments. For a closer look at the investigative findings regarding the financial flows tied to the Bankera ecosystem, you can read the reporting provided by Fincrime Central or view the coverage by the AML Network regarding the offshore siphoning.

Bankera started out well with a personal account with no maintenance fees, but now they're charging €8.99 a month. I have the feeling they're at rock bottom. Their partner Spectrocoin also no longer has its app on the Google Play Store, which hadn't been updated in almost a year. I fear they're about to shut down after cashing in with their BNK token, which is practically worthless. They also asked me to fill out a questionnaire to keep my account active, which is currently under review.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
