Hublot watch purchase
I recently purchased a new Hublot watch dealing with Hamish over the phone. It was probably the easiest sale he’s had however Hamish was polite, Efficient, very helpful and made the experience very easy . Unfortunately The Royal Mail didn’t deliver my item on time but this shouldn’t take away the quality of service provide Hamish. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Banks Lyon Jewellers I recently purchased my Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch from Banks Lyon Jewellers and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special mention has to go to Aziza, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The service was friendly, professional and completely hassle-free, with excellent communication throughout. The watch arrived the very next day, beautifully presented and in absolutely flawless condition. Everything about the purchase gave me confidence that I was dealing with a professional jeweller that genuinely cares about its customers. Buying a Moonwatch is a special purchase, and Aziza and the team at Banks Lyon made the whole experience feel exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Banks Lyon again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new watch. First-class service from start to finish.

Excellent experience with Banks Lyon. My beautiful watch was delivered the next day, and staff offered to adjust bracelet to my size. They also gave me some really tasty chocolates. Very caring and professional people.

The service provided by Aziz Essa at Banks Lyon was truly exceptional in sourcing, locating and arranging delivery of my IWC Pilot watch. Before contacting Banks Lyon, I had approached IWC directly and was advised that they had ceased manufacturing the particular model I was looking to acquire. Despite making enquiries through their network, they were unable to locate one that was available. As a last resort, I contacted Banks Lyon, and I am so pleased that I did. Aziz provided an exceptional level of service, not only locating the watch I was looking for but also arranging delivery within a couple of weeks. Throughout the entire process, Aziz kept me fully informed at every stage. Everything was handled with great efficiency, professionalism and attention to detail, making the whole experience completely seamless. I genuinely cannot fault the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending Aziz and Banks Lyon. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Walked in for a 40th treat with a warm welcome. Excellent service from Jake. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman! So informative and did a great job helping me finalise my decision. I would highly recommend Banks and Jake to anyone! Thanks
