Ordered over 2 weeks without delivery…
Ordered over 2 weeks without delivery tracking update, seeing the reviews here that it usually takes up to 6 weeks for delivery, I hope that won't be my case as it overly exceeds the time they stipulated for delivery. I don't feel satisfied and am not used to delays with other vendors I buy from. Just back here to say i got refunded on demand.

Poor experience
I placed an order in May. The delivery date changed from mid June to "unknown". No comms from seller. I have sent them messages and they invited me to re-order the product for a full refund. Still no news on delivery date. I wonder, if I had forgot about my order, would they just keep my money...?

im not sure what to rate just yet but i just placed an order yesterday im not seeing too good reviews but im hoping and praying you guys come through with my order. i would hate to have to take this to court. ill let everyone know wether i get it and wether to order from here.

Because of internal logistic problems…
Because of internal logistic problems my online bought Product was never available, but marked a shipped. Product never received after 1 Month+. After 2 weeks I contacted support, they confirmed logistic problem, stated shipping next week when they receive the product back. They even stated they would have informed me via e-mail (spoiler: no e-mails received). Here we are 2 weeks+ later with no Product after the initial contact. All they offered was a 5% Voucher as compensation. (What a joke...) Even thought I am sure they would have canceled my order, not notifying the Customer instantly is a no go! Never again! 0 Stars.

Don't buy from them!
Don't buy from them! I made an orde online a month ago, and still no signs of my package. I've also requested a refund and haven't gotten a response. This looks like a scam scheme to me.
