This was not a voluntary purchase made after calmly reviewing terms and pricing. I experienced significant pressure during the sales process. After the initial sales presentation, the owner became involved and continued applying pressure for me to complete the purchase. I do not recall being clearly informed of a no-refund policy before agreeing to the transaction. If I signed a document containing such a policy, it was not clearly brought to my attention or explained as a significant limitation before my signature. I have concerns that important terms may have been positioned in a way that did not allow me to knowingly review them before signing. My dispute is based on concerns of misrepresentation, pressure sales tactics, and failure to provide clear disclosure of material terms—not simply dissatisfaction with the product.

I fell into this stores trap too!!! During our cruise stop in Costa Maya, we visited Bella Pierre after being invited in for what was presented as a quick product demonstration. The staff was friendly at first, but the experience quickly turned into a high-pressure sales presentation. We felt pressured to make a purchase and were encouraged to buy products that were far more expensive than we expected. While the products may work for some people, the sales tactics made us uncomfortable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable day in port. I would encourage other travelers to research products and prices carefully before making a purchase and to be prepared for a very persistent sales approach. This was not the relaxing shopping experience we were hoping for during our vacation.

Like many who have written their reviews, I also fell into the trap of an unscrupulous saleswoman named Vanessa Rosario Díaz. Today, out of curiosity, I went to the official website of BellaPierre and checked the prices of the products. I paid $500 for products that do not even reach $200 on the page. With his "false sympathy and desire to help" he demonstrated his lack of personal and professional integrity. I am not going to do anything against her or the company because I firmly believe that KARMA exists and that sooner or later she will feel it in her own flesh.

SCAM!
SCAM!! BEWARE! I was scammed by this store in Costa Maya. The clerk offered a "free" red light therapy, collected my information, and proceeded to charge my card for $9500 without permission. She operated like a quick change artist using confusion, distraction, and pressure. She refused to refund, stating the charge didn't go through. I am currently disputing the charge. I refused to sign and left the store without product, despite her trying to get me to take it for "free." They shipped it to me anyway.

SCAMM**BIG SCAMM**I sailed with Royal Caribbean to Costa Maya in June and was scammed by Bellapierre Cosmetic store at the Costa Maya port of call store. I tried to purchase two products and when I went to pay with my credit card the transaction did not go through, and I just left the store with no merchandise. The next day when I was in Cozumel, I looked at my bank statement and one of the three transactions with Bellapierre for $293.77 had gone through. I called my bank and made a claim two months later my bank tells me that my claim was denied because it was a face-to-face purchase and they have proof and I will not be getting my refund of $293.77. Do not fall for this Bellapierre Cosmetic in Costa Maya or anywhere else, if you do a bit of digging on Google you will find that many people have been scam by this store.
