Even more beautiful than I hoped for
Ordering was easy and communication throughout shipping was excellent. I was a little worried about purchasing something sight unseen, but the worry was unjustified... the rug was even more beautiful in person. The quality of the rug was superior to what I've seen at many very nice local retail stores like Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel, and the price was so much more approachable than what I found in importer rug gallery stores. I love it so much, I'm already stalking the website for my next purchase.

I ordered three rugs from Benisouk and received the first one this week. The quality is exceptional, the colors are sharp, the pile is very thick, it is like walking on a cloud. Vibrant, soft and gorgeous!!!
This rug is so vibrant, beautiful, and soft. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the Amadur, Vintage azilal rug. When I saw that my son’s initials were in the rug, I knew it was meant to be in our home. I absolutely love it and I’m looking forward to buying another heirloom piece for my home.

Great rugs with a bit of a wait
The rug is excellent, best in our house by a margin. And the price is reasonable, if a little high, given the quality. I have no complaints about the product. But, the company leaves a bit to be desired logistically. There is a significant factory lead time with no real updates during that time. No schedule. No date that you should expect more information. No one to contact. There's a number you can call and leave a message; maybe they'll call you back? Worse, the website doesn't really have a concept of "factory lead time", so the interface reports "ready". I think a few automated followup emails to reinforce "we've got your order and are working on it; lead times are usually around a month or two so expect a followup email on XX/XX/XXXX" wouldn't be too big of an ask. Especially because, with other suppliers, "ready" for a month can mean "your order is rotting in a warehouse somewhere".
