Only giving four stars because I have generally received my payments from them so I’ll give credit where it’s due. However, the withdrawal process is consistently very slow, which can be frustrating. In this day and age, with modern banking and payment technology, waiting 24–48 hours just for a withdrawal to be processed feels unnecessarily long. I made an urgent request for my withdrawal to be processed today and contacted live chat to explain the situation to Marie. Unfortunately, I received no response or assistance, despite my messages clearly being seen by the live chat team. I understand that withdrawals can take time, but communication is important, especially when a customer specifically asks for urgent assistance. I would appreciate faster processing and, more importantly, better communication and customer support when customers reach out for help.

I recommend everybody to stay far away from Bet Ninja, especially since there are more reputable and solid casinos like 23Cas.com BetNinja is quick to take your money but very slow to pay out (that is if you're lucky and they do pay out). They usually find an excuse to confiscate your money. They claim that you somehow managed to break their terms and conditions and violate their rules in one way or another, despite submitting all the required verification documents and actually following their rules to the letter.

Do not use this site. Yesterday I made a £34 roulette spin. When the spin started, the money was taken from my balance, as it should be. Then I got kicked to the main menu. It didn’t say ‘bet void’ or anything similar. The money was just gone from my balance. I went back into the game and watched my game history and it shows that the £34 bet hit 17 and won me £162. But my balance never updated. Today I’ve spoken to customer services about this issue. They have said that the bet was declined and void. However they can’t prove that my balance changed and that the £34 was taken out. In my game history it shows a replay and it shows the £34 coming out, me winning £162 and this message popping up on the screen. However I am still down £34. To top this off, later that night while waiting for a reply I had a £30 roulette spin. It voided and the money came back to my balance. I tried again, it voided again and the same message popped up, however this time the money never went back to my balance, it just changed and I lost £30 on a bet that never placed. Again, I asked customer services and they again said that they can’t prove that the bet was taken from my balance. When going through my win/loss I should be up nearly £350. My balance shows that I’m up £150. I’m missing the £162 and the £30. They are still refusing to pay these out
