It's been great

I don’t typically leave reviews outside of Google or the BBB, but I’m making an exception because I think others should know about my experience. Initially, I would have given this site a great review. I played games, reached the required milestones, and successfully received my first $15 cash-out within a day or so. That gave me confidence in the platform, so I continued using it and eventually moved most of my gaming activity there. After roughly 50 hours of gameplay, I reached my second cash-out. I submitted the request, but the next day it had disappeared. My points were returned, and all cash-out options below $100 were suddenly gone. I then received an email from the “CEO” accusing me of game hopping—downloading games, earning points, and abandoning them. This was especially strange because the company regularly emailed me encouraging me to download more games. I did have several games in progress, but only one had been uninstalled, and I had done so before earning any points from it. I assumed this was a mistake, so I replied with a detailed explanation of the games I was playing, my progress, and screenshots as proof. I never received a response. I decided to keep playing until I reached the new $100 threshold. After approximately 150 hours of gameplay and a couple of small purchases, I finally reached it and submitted another cash-out. Again, it appeared to process normally. The cash-out showed as pending, my points were deducted, and I waited for confirmation. That confirmation never came. When I checked the app later, the cash-out had disappeared—along with more than 5,000 points. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot showing the pending cash-out before closing the app. Without it, I would have had no proof it ever existed. My account then showed that I was still more than 5,000 points short of being eligible to cash out. I’m still receiving emails encouraging me to download more games, while my support requests about the missing cash-out and points remain unanswered. At first, I was willing to believe this was a technical issue. But after seeing other reports of similar experiences, I’m no longer convinced this was an isolated glitch. I can’t speak to the company’s intentions, but the pattern is concerning: a small initial cash-out builds trust, users invest significant amounts of time, and then larger cash-outs disappear or the requirements seemingly change. I don’t expect to get the money at this point. For me, it’s about the principle and warning others. **If you use this site, document everything.** Screenshot pending cash-outs, track your points and game progress, and save all emails and support correspondence. I don’t want someone else spending 50, 100, or 150+ hours on a platform only to discover that getting paid becomes a completely different process once they reach a larger cash-out. Do your own research before deciding whether it’s worth your time—and if you do use it, protect yourself by documenting everything.

I really like it that you do not have to wait 7 days to cash out your earnings...well, most of the time you can, but sometimes, they like to move the goal posts on you. Say its an achievement that pays 25 dollars. After you clear that achievement sometimes they like to throw your winnings onto the next withdarawl tier, meaniong youll have to reach that next tiers amount to withdrawl and its usually 60 dollars. So even though you reached the goal, they keep you from withdrawing it until you win enough to equal 60 dollars and on some of these games thats gonna require a purchase...or 2...or 3 to get there.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
