The type of Fantastic customer care that you rarely find these days....
I've just come off of a call with Sam H one of the client managers. The project I was looking at starting doesn't seem like it will be the right fit for Proxify the time being. However, Sam didn't try and get rid of me really quickly - in actual fact he took the time to help me understand what it was I actually needed. I really appreciated his fantastic Customer Service, especially as I wouldn't be going ahead with him at this time. I will however be returning in the New Year when we have a different, much larger project and that is very much down to Sam's great service so thank you!

Waste of Time
I completed the application, HR interview, technical assessment, and technical interview, and felt the interview itself went well. The final email stated that the decision was mainly due to an abundance of candidates with similar skills, while the dashboard says my application was unsuccessful and that I can reapply in February 2027. At the same time, the email suggests Proxify may contact me to resume the application in the future. This creates uncertainty around whether the decision was based on my assessment performance, current marketplace demand, or another factor. If candidate oversupply was already known, it would also be helpful to understand why candidates are taken through the full technical assessment and interview process before this is considered. Without clearer feedback, the process can unfortunately leave the impression that the recruitment stages may also be serving as a broader HR/talent data collection exercise rather than being tied to an immediate hiring need. Greater transparency around candidate demand, assessment outcomes, and the final decision criteria would significantly improve the experience.

Disappointing and opaque recruitment experience
Disappointing and opaque recruitment experience with Proxify. I was contacted by a Proxify recruiter who claimed my profile was a strong match for a role, highlighted the company’s ranking and benefits, and pushed me multiple times to share my CV, expected salary, English level, and notice period. I provided everything requested. After reviewing my materials, I received only a vague rejection: the role “would not be an ideal match for your expertise” (even if basically the same details were already on LinkedIn) with no explanation whatsoever. Earlier messages had emphasized that joining their network was a “win-win” and that other suitable opportunities would follow. None of that materialised — just a cold and polite brush-off. Extracting detailed candidate information under the promise of a real opportunity, then closing the conversation with zero constructive feedback. Transparency and basic professional courtesy seem to be missing from this process.
