I ordered the Ipod headphone charger
I ordered the Ipod headphone charger. The item is well made and a beautiful piece of equipment that looks good on any desk or tabletop. The charger worked as it was advertised. The delivery was late due to parts being ordered and the tariff mess, but they did a good job with emailing me to let me know what was happening and that it was going to be longer than anticipated.

Very pleased with the product, but delivery times could be clearer.
Overall, my experience with Bionic has been positive. I ordered an aluminium MacBook Air stand, and now that it has arrived, I'm very pleased with it. The design is clean and minimalist. The finish feels premium, and it fits extremely well with an Apple-style desk setup. It is also lighter than I expected at around 400 to 500 g while still feeling well-made. The main area for improvement is the lead time. At the time of ordering, the website indicated approximately 2-3 weeks, whereas my order took around 3.5 weeks to be dispatched, followed by another 5-6 days for delivery, so approximately a month in total. This wasn't a major problem for me, but I think more realistic or regularly updated delivery estimates would improve the customer experience. Before writing this review, I also looked through some of the other reviews and noticed that experiences appear quite polarised. I can only comment on my own experience: despite the longer than expected wait, the product arrived safely and I'm genuinely happy with its quality and appearance. Based on my experience, I would be comfortable ordering for Bionic again, although I would allow some extra time for fulfilment.
