I would leave zero and am making an…
I would leave zero and am making an effort to post simply to share my absolute disgust at the lack of any care for Birkenstock consumer. No way to escalate my issue; no reason for the issues; and finally NO APOLOGY - things happen however this is next level AVOID AVOID AVOID ! SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A BRAND THAT CARES ABOUT YOU.. Absolutely awful customer service i ordered 3 pairs of shoes separately trying desperately to get a pair in time for holidays after the first with Evri just never arrived; the next 2 pairs ordered using parcel force also with no reason; no contact; and bizarre telephone customer service ie NONE - no apology no contact only when I chased! Wasted so much time and energy I’m the idiot here… I will never buy your product - Birkenstock take customers for granted! I have now ordered Pikolinos Slide - it’s beautiful soft sole with arch support and 20% better value; in a buttery soft leather sole and straps - I wanted the tan or black but couldn’t get them in time so I have now ordered a pair in silver from Scotland - being shipped to me tomorrow and will have in time to travel next week ! I don’t need to wear these in either… as no time now due to a month wasted with Birkenstock!

Disappointing quality issue and response
We have been loyal Birkenstock customers for many years and have owned well over 10 pairs, so unfortunately this experience has been extremely disappointing. My daughter wore a new pair only a few times before the footbed became unusually hard and rough, completely unlike any of our other Birkenstocks, to the point that she refused to wear them. We contacted Birkenstock expecting them to investigate what appeared to us to be an issue with this particular pair. Their Quality Management team rejected the claim based on photographs, stating that the appearance suggested the footbed had been wet and subjected to intensive cleaning or friction. This is simply not what happened. The shoes have never been wet. When the problem appeared, we tried to treat the footbed using Birkenstock’s own cleaning and care kit, which we had previously purchased directly from Birkenstock. What is particularly disappointing is that our long experience with Birkenstock products — and the fact that this pair has behaved completely differently from every other pair we have owned — does not appear to have been taken into consideration. For a brand at this price point, and after many years as loyal customers, I expected much better customer service and a willingness to properly reconsider an unusual product issue rather than simply attributing it to customer misuse. I have asked Birkenstock to review their decision and hope they will reconsider it. I will update this review depending on their response.

A FUIR!!!!!!!
Je mets une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins. Service client DEPLORABLE! J'ai fait un retour suite à une commande et le colis a été perdu par colissimo. Birkenstock refuse de me rembourser ma commande alors que le colis est perdu pour une raison qui ne m'est pas imputable. Deux mois que je les harcèle sans succès. J'ai 165 euros dans l'os. J'ai fait un signalement à signal conso.

Die Firma Birkenstock verkauft total überteuerte Schuhe von schlechter Qualität Auf Garantieansprüche wird nicht reagiert. Für eine Deutsche Firma ist das ein beschämendes Geschäftsverhalten.
