The car was clean and worked perfectly…
The car was clean and worked perfectly fine (a little old, though, but since the company is renting out used cars, it makes sense). The communication was excellent! When problems occurred, they answered within 15 minutes! A little too much information in emails from different email addresses (which made it a little difficult to find the right email when needed). And also most of the blackouts (for sleeping in the car) didn't fit the windows. But except for that, the experience was great, and I would both recommend and rent a car with this company again

Excellent choice
Family run business, works exceptionally well. Check in and out totally remote and easy, after several emails with all the instructions. The car was excellent, better than the one we had booked, and came fully equipped for camping as we had requested, sleeping bags and pillows smelled lovely! Very happy.

I rented a 2019 Dacia Duster and got exactly what I expected: not the newest car, but a perfectly well-functioning camper. The only thing worth noting is that the tires, while completely road-legal, did not have that much tread left and would not be ideal for driving on F-roads in wet conditions. Very good and prompt customer service, noticed that the coffee press was missing at pick up, and they had it with me within 10 minutes:)

I’m writing this review some time after the trip, but I’ve finally gotten around to reflecting on our experience. First, I’d like to mention the car’s equipment, specifically the camping gear. We were really very satisfied in this regard. The Dacia Duster was equipped with two sleeping bags, two pillows, dishes, a stove, towels, and even a dishcloth and dish soap. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no mention of the sleeping bags and pillows either in the car’s listing or in the reservation. So we brought our own, which unnecessarily took up space in our luggage. After we returned, we checked the information again and indeed couldn’t find any indication anywhere that these items were included in the equipment. Picking up the car went off without a hitch. The only complication arose when we discovered that the car’s power outlet wasn’t working. We had quite a lot of electronic devices with us and only two power banks, so this was a problem for us. Since we didn’t arrive until the evening, I waited until morning to address the issue. The response came almost immediately, and within an hour we worked out a solution together. In the end, we exchanged the campervan for another one that was fully functional. As for communication, I have to say it was absolutely great. They were very accommodating, responded very quickly, and the entire process went smoothly. Overall, my experience with blacksheepCampers was positive, and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in renting a campervan in the future.
