Good product, top quality
Wide range of phone covers - my wife had already ordered two and I was impressed with the quality. More robust than cheaper versions, without being too clunky. Easy to fit, too. I ordered two "player" covers customisable with favourite album covers - these will wear over time as they're on the outside of the case rather than inside the protective cover, but I'm OK with that. Look good and would recommend the seller.

Very disappointing quality and poor…
Very disappointing quality and poor customer service I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience with Blanc Space. I previously purchased a personalised Blanc Space case for my wife’s iPhone and was extremely happy with it. The photo quality was excellent, which is why I decided to spend a considerable amount of money on another personalised case for my Samsung phone. Unfortunately, the difference in quality is huge. The photos on the Samsung case are significantly darker and noticeably pixelated/grainy. Fine details are lost and the overall result simply does not look like a premium personalised case, especially considering the price. I contacted customer service and sent them photos showing the issue. Their response was that Samsung cases are made from a different material and printing surface, and that they could not identify any difference in quality compared with their other Samsung cases. They therefore considered it a material characteristic rather than a printing defect. I find this response very disappointing. Even if this is “normal” for their Samsung cases, customers have no reasonable way of knowing before ordering that choosing a Samsung case means receiving a noticeably poorer photo result than with an iPhone case. This difference should be communicated clearly before purchase. Simply saying that the case is consistent with other Samsung cases does not make the quality acceptable for the price. What I find particularly frustrating is that Blanc Space refuses to cover the return shipping costs. I am expected to pay international return postage from Germany to the UK for a product whose quality I consider inadequate for the price, despite having made my purchase based on the excellent quality of another Blanc Space case. The customer service has also been disappointing. Rather than trying to find a fair solution, I was offered either a standard return at my own expense or 40% store credit. Neither option feels appropriate when I have no interest in purchasing another case from the company. I genuinely wanted to like this product, especially because my previous Blanc Space case was so good. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Samsung cases at this price point, and I am also disappointed with how the company handled my complaint.
