Absolutely disgusting thieving scum of a company. I ordered a set of drawers 6 months ago and still waiting. I have emailed numerous times because according to the tracker it's been on the last vessel to the UK since November 2021. All they do is resend the tracking link. I have since moved home and explained that if it turn up I do not live there anymore. I am disabled and have no way of getting to my previous address if it ever does turn up. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions and they don't even acknowledge my request. The tracking is now telling me that I need to contact them because my order is abnormal, what ever that means. I have emailed 3 times now and attached a screenshot of the message on the tracker. I am still waiting for a response. If anyone has any further contact details for them I would appreciate you sharing with me. Fuming is an understatement.

I bought a portable laptop screen extensions, they sent me two plastic tablet stands TOTALLY USELESS, and I was offered a 20% refund for their mistake. The guy tel me know that it will be very difficult to send the stuff back I will have to pay for the courier and if the stuff is damaged in transit I will be responsible. It's a good scam if you think of it they scam you and most people wont complain because they kinda sold you a plastic stand for hundreds of dollars.
