THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. Contact the FTC! After not getting a confirmation email on the booking overnight, I checked the internet on the company. Everything I found was bad. Then I checked with the hotel - NO RESERVATION! But they had no problem billing my card. I then checked junk email. There was the conformation. But again, NO RESERVATION! I'm just glad i didn't follow the instructions on the email from Bookety that said there was no reason to contact the hotel, the reservation was made... WHAT A LIE! They have been reported to the FTC. We'll see if anything happens. Google should shut it's alliance with the company down also.

Booked my hotel in Victoria
Booked my hotel in Victoria, Australia and received a call shortly after from a US number confirming my booking.. I should have known that wasn’t right. $150 was taken from my account, an extra $60 than the hotel room price.When arrived at the hotel they hadn’t received my booking at all and the room I booked wasn’t even available. They had no idea who this booking sight was and had never heard of it. Number unavailable when calling them back. Complete scam will need to change all my bank details now. How do they keep doing this to people

False advertising
Just booked a hotel in Cairns Bookety quoted a price but did not advise the price was in U S dollars. Consequently the price was $56 higher than quoted. The booking quoted cancel anytime, this turned out to be incorrect. Found it impossible to contact them. Buyer beware.

Zero Stars!! DO NOT BOOK! Acts as an Australian website, yet takes US dollars. So cost you alot more. You don't receive an itinerary nor could use the booking at the hotel. Totally scam. We put a dispute in our bank and they fought it and now we have to pay the money back. God knows how they are operating and not been shut down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Do not use! Scam & money robbing. I Booked a hotel room advertised at $173 on the bookety website and $268 was deducted from my bank account. No customer service available to dispute the transaction. Do not use
