The rental company refused to provide a car
The rental company Nollegiare refused to provide me the car, stating that my license is "not international". This is obviously a breach of Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna, 8 November 1968, art. 41). The rantal company neither provided an official written refusal, nor returned my 100% advance payment (even part of it). Due to the above, I had to search and rent a car from another company urgently (by the way, another company had no questions to my driving licence). As a result - wasted money (about 1000 Euro, which has not been returned to me), time and nerves (we had to spend extra 2 hours in the airport with 3 small children and 5 bags while searching for an adequate rental company).

Scammed by Booking
I went to the car rental (rent through booking) and they did not even let me try my Revolut saying “it’s a virtual card” even though it was physical. I contacted booking and they said they were not accepting “online banks” but did not write whatsoever in the contract. So basically I got scammed by booking. Use another provider as I did after getting scammed.

Very shady way of doing business
Very shady way of doing business. Booked a car for our stay in Naxos, Greece. The instructions for the pick-up were very vague. When we arrived to pick up the car at the port, we couldn't find anyone. After searching online and making endless phone calls we finally found a contactperson who said it was a misunderstanding and he was waiting at the airport. He come to the port immediately to give us the car and the car was quite good, that's why we give 2 starts. But it felt as if we were being scammed and only because we were very persistent (and my girlfriend speaks Greek) that we could get the car in the end. Be very careful with this company.

we got ripped off and the dealer never…
we got ripped off and the dealer never refunded us. customer service for 10days and more ignoring our emails.. very unprofessional
