Brought roof rails and got them and…
Brought roof rails and got them and wrong ones so needed to send back emailed the numerous times and they finally got back.with a return address so sent back.and they say they haven't received anything but the post office has said it has and they are refusing to refund me

Avoid at all costs, conmen
Product failed, came with lifetime warranty and refused to honour this. Bar failed around a weld and wouldn't even agree to inspect. Ignorant on the phone and hung up when pushed about it. Avoid at all costs Update: Never once was abusive or threatening, same cannot be said for the male I spoke to who did threaten me and told me to go f*** myself, odd other reviews report similar experiences! Further Update: There was absolutely no threatening or abusive behaviour other than from the male that answered the call this morning. Initial email return was ignorant and uninterested in the fault, the 1st phone call with a member of staff was actually helpful and stated they'd look into an email chain, then this morning's advisor was far from that and again wouldn't even attempt to be rational and hung the phone up! But hide behind your false allegations and commitments all you wish!

Ordered roof rails for honda CRV.They…
Ordered roof rails for honda CRV.They had my registration and guaranteed they would fit.They arrived and the bolt holes were all in the wrong place and the rails didn't lie flush to the roof .Contacted them sent pics to prove the issue.Were fobbed off and fitting instructions sent which was a Chinese man swinging off some roof rails.I asked for return label and refund and have been ignored .They advertise 30 day refund policy but have no returns or refund policy.Shocking company shocking customer service.Trading standards will be my next visit.Dont buy from these cowboys.
