Returned a dress 27days ago
Returned a dress 27days ago, proof of delivery received, but still no refund from Brandally, Not answering their phone, {chat with me} saying the same thing every time I talk to them saying (I will get my colleague to get in touch] no one ever does. What can I do now. Customer service non exsitence. Be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!!
DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!!! Placed order on 24th June 2026 and still not arrived almost 2 months later. All my emails, WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages, Facebook messages and LiveChat messages to BrandAlley complaining go completely ignored and unanswered. Several calls go unanswered and cut-off after 20 minutes. Absolute DISGRACE. I've shopped with BrandAlley for years. Never going to order from them again. SHOCKING!!!

I am missing a bath towel from an order…
I am missing a bath towel from an order recieved a month ago and I emailed they are say the bundle was sent however the bath towel was not in the bundle I have been emailed and sent back numerous times just being sent round in circles with this company if they can do this once they will do it again loved brand alley but I have since found out they are in administration and I feel I have lost out now

Awful returns system. Still have my money
This is the second time i have had problems trying to return goods. The system is poor. No tracking. No contact to say that they have received the goods. I have send my last return by Royal Mail tracking over 3 weeks ago. No email to say it has arrived. Contact with them is via a very inadequate Chat bot that refers you to an email. No reply to email and now waiting over 20 mins to speak to a human. This is one of the worst retail company's for returns. I will not use them on this basis. My issue is still not resolved.
