Dont order online. They have a no cancellation or change policy even if minutes after your order. Instead of fixing an order they would rather get a return, as long as you pay for the return shipping. they have hung up on me numerous times, very unprofessional, I would not order from this company.

Brandy Fix Your Policy or Loose Your Customers
I love brandy melville and have been shopping at it for about a decade because they make super cute good quality basics for reasonable prices. However the prices are still not cheap and the recent changes, while I understand the logic, makes me never want to support this brand again. The fact that fitting rooms have shut down but the return policy hasnt been adjusted is ridiculous. If your going to shut down fitting rooms, and prevent people from trying on clothes in the store even over the clothes they wore into the establishment; you should adjust the return policy to a full refund within x amount of days of purchase. Not an exchange or store credit. Vandalism and stealing I can understand is what caused for the closure, and though I would like to be able to just try on the clothes instead of making several trips to the store location (especially if you are from out of town and dont live next to a store front), I am not mad that they made that change. I am however mad that when it was decided this change would come they didnt adjust their other policies to make it fair to the consumers. Needless to say between that and rude staff I can get my basics elsewhere

SCHLIMMSTER LADEN IN WIEN
Ersteinmal finde ich es nicht ok das sie in wien ein Geschäft machen wo sie dann ein Teil deutsch und sonst nur englisch Sprechen ich kann nicht wirklich englisch ja es ist zwar die Weltsprache aber es ist sehr nervig. Zweitens finde ich es eine Frechheit das sie die rückgabebedingungen erst auf den Beleg schreiben. Ich habe mir eine Hose gekauft um 36 Euro fand es dann aber doch zu teuer und wollte sie zurückgeben da wusste ich aber noch nicht das man kein Geld zurückbekommt sondern nur so ein Gutschein den eh keiner braucht. ICH GEHE NIEEEE WIEDER IN DIESEN LADEN!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

This store is terrible when it comes to service. They have no fitting rooms, no mirrors, inconsistencies in one size fits all. No return policy! Only exchange for another item that you really don't know how it will fit. Stay away! Too bad, they could be good but not with this kind of service.
