Fantastic customer service from Kate
Fantastic customer service. Had a dodgy can of beer emailed the company received a swift and courteous response from Kate Senior CX Advisor. She accepted the issue and has sent me a pack of beer for alerting them.

Kate works her magic.
A technical issue inflated the price of the package ordered. My complaint to Customer Services highlighting this issue was speedily dealt with by Kate the Senior CX Advisor to my satisfaction. I am one happy bunny. Thank you.

Kate and the marvellous CS team.
I ordered the large case of Punk IPS for my nephews upcoming 21st birthday party and despite insisting that someone with ID had to be available to sign for the large box, InPost decided to leave it on my doorstep anyway, despite my having specified my neighbour as my preferred delivery point. As I'm sure you can imagine, when I arrived home, the box was magically absent. Thanks to Kate and the team at Brewdog, a replacement was sent to my sisters house without any issue (which is also what I should have thought of in the first place). Thank you to Kate and the rest of the Customer Service team for their faultless help.

Great customer service! Thank you Kate!
My husband had an issue with one of the cans of beer we had purchased locally. I contacted BrewDog and Kate could not have been more helpful; she is looking into what caused the issue in the first place and sent my husband some more beer which made him very happy!
