Bad experience went to pay for

Bad experience went to pay for something and they said I didn’t go back to the queue and so they wouldn’t serve me wouldn’t recommend this horrible place to anyone will never go to this place again and it’s overpriced and asked them if they had WiFi is to which they didn’t poor place to visit

The Pie con at Marsdens

Just been to the local Marsdens restaurant for the hawk stone ipa and steak pie meal. Was very disappointed to find when the meal came there was no pint of ipa with it and was told that the IPA was in the pie! Very misleading advertising by Marsdens with a pic of Jeremy with his pie AND pint! Naughty and definitely not worth nearly 20 quid for a pretty standard pie and mash.

Disappointing delivery

We are on a regular monthly order of 1x24 ciders. Supporting more, the concept of British Farming. The delivery on Saturday arrived with a large amount of 'Yodel' branded tape on the bottom of the box, which was bowed in the middle. 23 of the 24 bottles were present and the missing space was padded out with cardboard packing. I have reported this to Hawkstone, who dont appear to be concerned about the shoddy courier, but are refunding me for the one missing bottle. Draw your own conclusions. In reply, I'm sure that if Mr Clarkson bought a Ferrari, paid for it, and it was delivered with only three tyres, Ferrari stating, we'll refund you for the fourth tyre, but in the meantime, we hope you enjoy the other three tyres we actually delivered, some choice words would be exchanged. Flippant responses are not ok.

We're delighted to have you as a regular subscriber, although this delivery sounds like it had quite the adventure before reaching your door. A bowed box, Yodel tape and a mysteriously disappearing bottle certainly isn't the experience we want our customers to receive. While we're pleased our team was able to quickly refund the missing bottle, we completely understand your frustration at the condition of the delivery and the concerns it raises. We do take feedback like this seriously and regularly share it with our delivery partners to help improve the service they provide. After all, when 24 bottles set off from the brewery, we'd much rather all 24 complete the journey. They use a lot of money advertising to customers in Denmark that you can by their products but I've been waiting more than 2 weeks and my items haven't even been shipped yet so I've cancelled my order. Hoping to get my money back.
