They should explain that subscription services don't mean fast gains. We don't all have same experience w/investing. That being said, whenever I've called the company w/question, they spend the time to explain how it all works, and they give me the help I need.

Beware of the Refund/Credit policy

The reports are interesting and inciteful. However, please note that the so-called 'refund' is actually a credit note that can only be applied to other Brownstone Research products AND the credit expires after 12 months. My $2,500 credit was seized by Brownstone a few days after the expiry date. Despite multiple emails and phone calls there was no getting it back, even to be applied to another of their subscription services. I've no doubt all this is covered in the small print but it reflects poorly on the company and doesn't exactly encourage one to pay for any of their other services
