Dispositivi buoni ma installazione non semplicissima
La configurazione di questi dispositivi non è semplicissima. Non mi hanno mai dato problemi ma se non si ha un pò di dimestichezza si potrebbero avere delle complicazioni. Attenzione da dove si comprano perchè anche su Amazon arrivano dei pezzi con scatole mezze aperte

Appena acquistato un interruttore…
Appena acquistato un interruttore (deviatore) della serie Living, pagato 30,24 euro, probabile costo di produzione in Cina, 1/ 1,5 euro. Prezzi scandalosi, alla prossima sostituzione cambierò completamente il punto luce con materiali di altre aziende più serie e corrette.

Do una stella perchè di meno non posso dare. Prodotto costoso e scadente. Servizio clienti orribile e poco professionale. Non so in quale sciagura mi sono imbattuta, se potete EVITATE.

L’app home control è veramente…
L’app home control è veramente scandalosa, si scollega continuamente il Wi-Fi. Per il prezzo che costa bticino living now sconsiglio vivamente. Anche gente del settore lo sconsiglia.

Classe 100x - avoid this product at all costs!
Classe 100x software update. This is one time too many that I have had to reconfigure the system because of a BTicino 'upgrade', each time taking up to an hour to do it. In summary: Diabolical system software. Avoid this product at all costs unless you enjoy having your patience tested in the extreme. BTicino have made no effort over the years to improve their software to make it easier or more logical to use. It is stone-age software in the 21st century. Not only that but the app needs to be constantly reconnected because for whatever reason it just disconnects needing login and password every time. Haven’t they heard of facial recognition or fingerprints?! Poor, rubbish app. In addition, the sound quality provided by the external microphone and sound processing software is appalling. In this day and age why are their terminals so poor and lacking in Bluetooth connectivity which is especially needed for hearing aid wearers
