Beautiful
I was hesitant to use the company as I knew nothing about them, but loved the look of the chairs I desperately needed for our new home. We didn’t realize there was no room for a table, which meant eating at the counter. They were so efficient. The chairs arrived so quickly and they corresponded with me immediately with my questions. They are beautifully done and the people are amazing to work with. I highly recommend recommend them.

Highly Recommended – Excellent Service and Smooth Delivery to the Canary Islands!
Excellent experience with by Crea! From the very beginning, the customer service was outstanding. Evelina kept me informed throughout the entire shipping process, followed up proactively with DHL, and always replied quickly and kindly to my questions. Shipping to the Canary Islands can sometimes be complicated, but thanks to her dedication everything was handled smoothly, and the furniture arrived safely. The quality and design of the furniture are exactly what I was hoping for—beautiful, elegant, and very well made. I highly recommend by Crea, not only for the quality of their products but also for their exceptional customer service. Thank you for making the whole experience so pleasant!

This was my first time ordering from Crea. I ordered a beautiful bench and was quite surprised that it was shipping from Sweden and that there was not a significant upcharge for the shipping. My bench arrived quite quickly and it was great, well made, sturdy and looked great. Unfortunately the bench was damaged quite a bit during shipping or delivery....I took a few pictures and contacted the company....they were great in understanding and building me a new one...it took a few weeks but was well worth it. The new bench arrived in perfect condition. I could not be more happy with the quality and look. Thanks Crea for making a great product and for your great customer service.

Via bol een bestelling geplaatst. Er werd echter een fout artikel verzonden. Na het versturen van een mail, waarop ik direct een antwoord kreeg, werd het juiste artikel meteen verstuurd. Twee dagen nadien zat het juiste artikel in de brievenbus. Goede service.

Stunning furniture
Beautiful furniture; being handmade to order allow time for this to happen but it is definitely worth the wait. The craftmanship is so beautiful and precise that I enjoy just looking out the window at my garden furniture as well as using it. The care I received as a customer was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending By Crea. The team were super responsive and helpful, always keeping me informed on progress. Now I just have to save up for my next piece.
