Horrible. Bought Dima sandal few years ago and worn them only one time. Last weekend I had an event and I wanted to wear them the second time. I wasn't even walking because I arrived in car and just sat down on my place. While sitting down I felt some weird feeling on my right leg and when I looked at my sandal I saw the Plexiglas heel completely separated from the rest of the shoe. It just fell out of it's place. I look at it and noticed there are minimal traces of glue and only on the edges so it wasn't even glued properly and the middle part wasn't attached. I couldn't walk the whole evening. Horrible experience. One who understands materials should know that Plexi cannot be glued in this way. I have a lot of shoes and they are always perfectly stored. This is just bad quality and craftsmanship. With exaggerated price tag also. I also have few bags from By Far. Thankfully, bags seem to hold for now because I don't even wear them, but this was very disappointing and humiliating. Not to be able to move the whole evening. If you buy shoes from this brand, be aware not to wear them on important events or at least take the spare pair just in case.

J’ai acheté un sac à 233 €. Après seulement trois jours d’utilisation, l’attache de la bandoulière s’est cassée. Pour un sac vendu à ce prix, c’est tout simplement inacceptable. La qualité n’est clairement pas à la hauteur. Le service client a accepté de remplacer le sac et m’a envoyé une étiquette de retour DHL, censée être prépayée. Pourtant, lorsque j’ai voulu organiser l’enlèvement du colis, DHL m’a réclamé 45 € de frais. J’ai donc dû déposer le colis moi-même, mais ces frais ne m’ont jamais été remboursés malgré ma demande. By Far s’est contenté de répondre que l’étiquette était normalement prise en charge. Au final, entre une qualité décevante et une gestion du retour frustrante, je suis extrêmement déçue. À ce prix-là, on est en droit d’attendre un produit solide et un service après-vente irréprochable. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Je ne rachèterai plus chez By Far et je ne recommanderai absolument pas cette marque. Gardez votre argent et passez votre chemin.

One of the worst boots I have ever…
One of the worst boots I have ever bought. There is no patting inside the boot and it feels like the metal or whatever material they used to get the shape of the boots is rubbing against my ankles and the side of my foot. The leather is stiff. I am not exaggerating when I say it is unbearable to wear.

Don't bother buying anything from them
Don't bother buying anything from them. You won't get any answers through any of their social media platforms or customer service email, even if you've invested in their products. If you really want their products, buy them on poshmark, lots of people get rid of their stuff anyway. And their stuff always goes on sale, talk about luxury. But customer service alone should do it for you. Avoid and purchase another brand with better manners and professionalism.

I have received a pair of shoes from…
I have received a pair of shoes from ByFar for my birthday and I absolutely love them. Not only they are timeless, the heel is super comfortable and I use them all the time. Perfect to go out on summer nights and also to wear to work. I became a fan of the brand and will definitely order from them again.
