Très mauvaise expérience avec le service client.
J’ai rencontré un problème important avec ma commande et la résolution a pris au moins deux mois. Les réponses sont très lentes et il faut constamment relancer pour obtenir des informations ou simplement une réponse claire. La gestion du problème a également été très peu claire. Malgré les différents éléments et preuves transmis, j’ai eu le sentiment de devoir constamment me battre pour faire avancer mon dossier. Même après la résolution du problème initial, le traitement de mon retour et de mon remboursement a encore nécessité plusieurs relances. C’est vraiment dommage, car j’avais découvert la marque sur les réseaux sociaux et j’avais passé une commande de plusieurs centaines d’euros. Malheureusement, l’expérience avec le service client a complètement terni mon expérience avec la marque. Je ne recommande pas au vu de la façon dont mon dossier a été géré.

Wrong sizing on the website/ difficult return and exchange
I have ordered a bikini set. I sized up to be on the safe side but the item runs even smaller. I wanted to return and reorder or return and place a new order because I really like the set, just not my size. I thought that they would help with the process but in both cases they ask you to arrange your own return, find a provider, pay for customs. So there is some much effort for just one purchase. I have not completed the process yet but this has really put me off and as much as I liked the set I don’t think I would ever what to go through this again and buy anything from this brand. The purchases should bring joy not problems. And customer support works only nominally just to send you the information that you need to do everything yourself. So if you have a doubt that the swimsuit would suit you, don’t buy from this brand as returns and exchanges are extremely difficult and not hustle free at all.

Outstanding customer service – saved my holiday!
My original package got lost by the courier company, which was stressful right before my trip. However, once the Cabane Swimwear team got involved, their customer support was incredible! They completely took ownership, sent out a replacement (the Bella Bikini) via express shipping at their own expense, and it arrived literally the next morning just in time for my holiday. The bikini itself is gorgeous and amazing quality. Huge thank you to the team for caring so much and turning things around so quickly!

AUSÊNCIA DE REEMBOLSO Péssima experiência com esta empresa.
Péssima experiência com esta empresa. Efetuei uma devolução, enviada no dia 08 de maio, e até à presente data continuo sem receber o respetivo reembolso. Já enviei vários emails a solicitar esclarecimentos, mas a empresa simplesmente não responde, não apresenta qualquer justificação e não indica uma data prevista para a devolução do valor pago. O prazo para tratamento da devolução já foi claramente ultrapassado, e considero inadmissível a falta de profissionalismo e de acompanhamento ao cliente. O mais preocupante é a ausência total de comunicação: ficam com o valor pago, recebem o artigo devolvido e deixam o cliente sem qualquer resposta. Não recomendo esta empresa pela forma como gere o pós-venda e pelo desrespeito demonstrado perante o cliente.
