Azienda poco affidabile

Azienda poco affidabile. Il numero di pezzi a stock indicato nel sito non è aggiornato, e dunque non sono in grado realmente di dire se un prodotto è disponibile o no, ne di controllare i tempi di spedizione e le effettive tempistiche necessarie per avere il prodotto. Non hanno un adeguato controllo delle giacenze e dei canali comunicativi con i fornitori, con il risultato di essere dunque poco reattivi nel fornire comunicazioni ai clienti. Gestione dei pezzi a magazzino non aggiornata e customer service poco reattivo portano ad un servizio complessivo mediocre.

Le giacenze pubblicate sul sito di CASA39 vengono acquisite direttamente dai sistemi gestionali dei magazzini dei nostri fornitori partner. Grazie ad accordi esclusivi, CASA39 è l’unica realtà nel panorama italiano della ceramica ad aver collegato il proprio gestionale direttamente a quelli dei fornitori, potendo così offrire ai clienti informazioni sulla disponibilità dei prodotti aggiornate direttamente alla fonte. Il nostro customer service poi, si è sempre adoperato per rispondere tempestivamente a ogni sua richiesta tramite telefono, WhatsApp ed e-mail, fornendole tutti gli aggiornamenti disponibili. Per questo ci dispiace che una singola esperienza abbia portato a un giudizio così netto, che non riteniamo rappresentativo del nostro servizio. Geen aanrader, meer dan de helft van de tegels kwamen kapot aan en de retour werd afgekeurd. Veel betaald voor niks! Na loze beloftes dit verder uit te zoeken hebben wij na 2 weken nog steeds geen nieuws, alsook geen reactie bij mailing..

Geachte klant, Het spijt ons oprecht om uw beoordeling te lezen, vooral omdat wij onmiddellijk na uw melding actie hebben ondernomen om de situatie te onderzoeken en op te lossen. Ondanks de grote zorg die wij aan de verpakking van onze producten besteden, is er tijdens het transport helaas schade ontstaan. Uw dossier is direct in behandeling genomen en wij wachten momenteel nog op de afronding van de noodzakelijke procedure, zodat wij een vervanging of een terugbetaling van de waarde van de beschadigde tegels kunnen regelen. De afhandeling heeft iets meer tijd in beslag genomen, omdat de instructies voor de controle en aanvaarding van de goederen, die wij vóór de levering toesturen, niet correct zijn opgevolgd. Hierdoor waren aanvullende controles noodzakelijk. Wij willen bovendien benadrukken dat wij nooit een verzoek tot retournering hebben ontvangen. In dit geval zou een retourzending bovendien niet de meest geschikte oplossing zijn geweest, aangezien wij rechtstreeks kunnen overgaan tot vervanging of terugbetaling van het beschadigde materiaal. Wij blijven uiteraard tot uw beschikking en zullen uw dossier blijven opvolgen totdat er een passende oplossing is gevonden. Het CASA39-team

Professional service, realistic delivery times, and clear communication

Ordered 120x120 tiles from the Netherlands. We were a bit doubtfull about delivery times in the beginning, but are very happy with the entire process. Miriam did not make false promises, but sent us realistic information. In the end our tiles arrived 9 days before we expected them to come (delivery took 10 working days after we confirmed and payed). We are very happy with the service of Casa39, and the updates they give during the process.

The Casa39 selection is excellent and…

The Casa39 selection is excellent and the prices are good. Communication from the staff was also good - it was unfailingly polite and prompt. The trouble we had started on delivery. We failed to take a photo of the pallet before boxes were removed, which apparently voided any insurance claim. Annoying, but fair enough. We had very few breakages but what we did have were many boxes with 1,2 and 3 tiles missing - enough to constitute a box of tiles. A great deal of back and forth ensued with Casa39 who needed photos of all the boxes, photos of the boxes with missing tiles etc. We thought after all this there would be a satisfactory outcome, and indeed there was, of sorts, but a huge amount of time and stress went into establishing that. Casa39 was prepared to send us the missing tiles but wanted us to stump up another 200 euros towards delivery costs - to be clear, they wanted to charge us 200 euros for one box of tiles. Furthermore they claimed this was a heavily subsidised rate and that they would be paying far more - over 400 euros delivery charge for one box of tiles does stretch the credulity somewhat. They didn't seem able or willing to comprehend that we had paid for tiles we had not received and should not be asked to pay more. In the end we settled for a refund, but we were then left scrabbling around trying to source the missing tiles from somewhere else. We found another company based in Italy and went with them - the price per m2 was a bit higher but they sent them with no fuss and the delivery charge was nothing like the 200/400 euros that Casa39 was claiming. We'll be using the second company for future purchases.

We are genuinely pleased to read your positive comments regarding our product selection, pricing and the support provided by our team. At the same time, we are truly sorry that the post-delivery experience did not meet your expectations. We fully understand how frustrating it can be to face uncertainty regarding the quantity of material received, especially during an ongoing renovation project. Following your report, our team carefully reviewed the order and carried out the necessary checks with the warehouse, where the correct quantity was recorded as prepared and dispatched. In addition, the shipment was weighed when it was loaded onto the truck, and the recorded weight corresponded to the full quantity of material included in the order. As the pallet and boxes had already been opened, however, the photographs provided did not allow us to clearly determine whether any tiles were missing from the original packages. Despite this uncertainty, we remained committed to finding a practical solution. We offered to provide the disputed material at our expense, requesting only a partial contribution towards a second international pallet shipment. The actual transport cost was considerably higher, and CASA39 would have covered the remaining amount. As this proposal was not suitable for you, we ultimately agreed to proceed with a refund. We regret that the matter required several exchanges, but the additional information requested was necessary to assess the situation responsibly and identify the fairest possible solution. We are sincerely sorry that the final outcome left you dissatisfied. Situations of this kind are exceptional and do not reflect the experience of the vast majority of our customers. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.
