No stars. Bought a custom jacket and got radio silence
No stars, PLEASE AVOID THEM. Originally bought a ff8 jacket, liked it a lot but it came in white. I emailed them I want it in Grey, they told me to order it tell them the order number and give them measurements and they'll handle it. The jacket took 2-3 months to come in, and it was ALL WRONG. It was still in white, measurements are all messed up and compared the original/first order the quality is super cheap and crappy. I emailed them and sent pictures. It seems like the left hand doesn't know the right hand because I kept getting the same questions of what's my order number, this is a custom order can't do anything about it or We'll look into it. Then radio silence for 6 months now and I've tried continuously to contact them. PLEASE AVOID THEM. Order number: 3876

No Stars. This is nothing more than a scam. Your child gets all excited to have a cool jacket worn by their favourite pop star, so you find 175 dollars & wait. 2 months later after weeks of chasing a poor quality jacket arrives from Pakistan. There is no leather, just a stinking rubber material. Do not purchase goods from this deceitful sham of a company.

I ordered a jacket a month ago, have not received it
I ordered a jacket a month ago, and it still says "awaiting fulfillment" on the website. Sometimes I get a response at their customer service email, sometimes I do not. The information I receive there says it will take 12-15 business days to receive it. We are long past that. Then 5 days ago, they said it was in final stages of production. Still nothing. No updates, no shipping information. I am thinking this is a scam, not a company, and I do not think I will be able to get my money back. Do NOT order from here!

Awful times 100
Awful times 100. When I finally did receive my order (after three requests for a refund were ignored), it was the wrong item. Do not waste you time or money on this garbage.
