Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. I ordered the wrong prescription and I sent them back, got the new pairs with the correct prescription within the next week. The contacts themselves always look excellent, some look incredibly natural and some look more exotic depending on what you want. The prescription options are great, I wouldn't be able to wear coloured contacts otherwise. Never had a single issue ordering from these guys they are really the best. Often have great discounts and deals as well.

Always easy to order
Always easy to order. However, the number of available color options are not as plentiful for +2.00 prescriptions as it used to be. Wish you'd carry more options.

Did not get my order
Did not get my order. Complaint did not get a resolution on another case you sent me one prescription contact lens because you were out of another one and with two different prescriptions what am I supposed to do with this one? Think about the customer service issues under perspective of the customer and you will have a great reputation.
