Scammers, stay away.
This is another crapy company that I would not book with again. After booking a flight, I realized I picked the wrong flight on the return,within 5 minutes I called and requested the change for the other flight that was listed on their website for the same price, I was told that it will go up by $300 which is ridiculous, I told cancel the flight, he said $350.00 to cancel, unbelievable. I will dispute the transaction since they refused to change to another return only with the same price. Bad customer service where it makes you feel they are out there to just get you even with small mistake. By the way, it says on their web flight is refundable when you book but does not say anything about any fees,very deceiving! Book with well known companies or better with the airline.

I had purchased a roundtrip ticket via Spirit Air thru cheapflightnow.com, to Texas from Florida, the line was totally overbooked for the flight and by the time I got to the ticket counter, I was 5 minutes out for my flight. Once the lady tried to check me in, she stated that I was not showing in the system, I was then instructed to go to another line, which now forced me to miss my flight completely. I waited in the other line for another 45 minutes. I had a schedule planned event that evening in Texas of which now I would not be able to attend. So I called this company and told them I wanted my money back and my status in the computer system of Spirit Air which was non-existent. They denied my request and basically kept my money, as I no longer needed the flight. I was needless to say extremely perturbed and they did not care, so much for customer care. Worthless and a complete theft of my money. Do not ever purchase from this company. Heed my warning.

Be warned that this company is incompetent & their customer service is the worst I hv ever encountered in my 50 years of being on the Earth!🤬 On March 4th, I booked a ticket, supposedly for 3/11 but when I got to the airport was told that my ticket was for 4/6! After calling to resolve the issue w/no one ever answering the phone, I was forced to buy another ticket @ the counter which cost me $800 on the spot! I have called everyday since then & emailed the company numerous times to no avail! Twice a rep has answered the phone but BOTH times, whn they said hello & I said hello, they immediately hung up! I am LIVID & I think they write the good reviews themselves! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BOOK FLIGHTS! U will be better off to stick w/the well-known, reputable sites!

I tried to cancel my flight and the agent I spoke to said my ticket was restricted which made it non refundable and non changeable. He couldn’t even explain why. He was also very rude about it. He seemed to be from a call center located in India. It’s by far the worse experience I’ve ever had with an airline agent.

A very bad experience
A very bad experience, Asked for ticket from San Antonio, to Newark NJ. I read everything looks good, when I booked it came up from Austin, TX. Just because it says in very fine print at the Bottom of the page, May be a near by Airport. Called them up, they refused to help and I need to buy a new ticket for full amount. They say I should of read well before buy the ticket. At the end they scammed me out of my money. I do not recommend any one to buy from them.
