I really wish there was a way to report…
I really wish there was a way to report fraudulent activity. This company is clearly fraudulent and needs to be reported to the authorities. I received a dress that was labeled 100% cotton and is clearly polyester. It was an expensive dress and the company will not give me my money back. They offer exchanges, but that's not going to happen. I don't want anything else from them. Our labeling laws in the USA are extremely clear and this is a legal violation.

I normally like what I get from this…
I normally like what I get from this company. Everything has always fit. Now, I need to make a return and I am frustrated. One 2x top was too big and one 2x top was too small and too low cut. The return location is an hour away from me. Returns will cost $7.99. Come! These clothes are expensive! This process should not cost anything and I should be able to use the post office or any UPS facility! Also, refund is store credit only. Ugh! I wont be buying from this company again.

No Cash Refunds!!
I had no idea that this store does not offer cash back!! I ordered a few things for an upcoming trip and only one item fit well. I just went to start the return and found out that I will not be getting a cash refund for my purchases!! The clothes are not that great for the money-think SHEIN but WAY more expensive. AND if you buy a sale item you are stuck with it. No returns on sale items!! Aside from redeeming my store credit, I will absolutely never purchase from this company again nor should anyone else!! Buyer beware!!

The clothing looks nothing like what it does on the models on their website. DO NOT waste your money here! It’s basically like SHEIN, but severely overpriced. They are just scamming women.

I had high hopes for this dress
I had high hopes for this dress. Based on the size information provided, I decided to size up- I normally wear an XL no matter the brand or style. This 2X fits like a Large or XL at best. It was not flattering on me at all, and did not fit as pictured on the model. When I received the dress, it had no tags, so I wonder if it was a returned item. Also, when I ordered, I saw NO statement that it was a final sale, but when I received the invoice- it was marked as such. I even searched returns/exchange info before I purchased in case it didn’t work, because I never buy anything that I can’t return or exchange. This further proves my point that it was not marked final sale except on my invoice. That seems like sneaky business practices. I definitely won’t ever order from this company again and would appreciate if they would refund my order including shipping. I highly recommend that you DO NOT BUY from Chicsoul- Auburn, AL
