Products great, service not so good.
The products are really great. This is the only reason I have persevered with buying from this company. My first order disappeared in transit. They did resend it quickly. The second order got delayed, and when it arrived, they'd only sent part of it. The shampoo was missing. No explanation, no indication of when it would be sent. I messaged to ask what was happening and was assured it would be dispatched soon. Instead, they cancelled that part of the order several days later and said the product was no longer available. Except it was, but in a smaller size bottle, at twice the price. It felt like a bait and switch. Couple that with the fact that it's always the customer who has to chase when there is an issue rather than the company being proactive, and it was a disappointing experience overall. Their products aren't cheap, and I'd expect much better customer service for that price (and also for them to honour the sales they make).

I love your products. They are all quality and never disappoint.I have very sensitive skin and they don't irritate my scalp; and all the products I've used smell lovely. I wish you still sold the hair colour that you used to.

Very pleased with my order and it arrived very quickly and with no problems. I ordered the prickly pear mask which I highly recommend as my hair is lovely and soft and hydrated. It looks full of volume and is shiny. The smell is great as well. I have been using this mask for many years now and it is the best I've used.
