I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with CinemaFlow AI. I subscribed because I mistakenly believed the service was connected to or related to Google Flow. Shortly after making the payment, I realised that this was a different platform and cancelled my subscription almost immediately. I contacted the company requesting a refund, especially since I had barely used the service and the cancellation was made very shortly after the transaction. I was also surprised that I did not receive a proper invoice or clear purchase confirmation after the payment. In my opinion, the way the service is presented can easily create confusion for customers who are specifically looking for Google Flow or Google's AI video tools. I believe the company should provide clearer information before payment, more transparent billing documentation, and a straightforward refund process for situations like this. Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

I signed up for a one week trial
I signed up for a one week trial. Their app did not indicate upfront that you require a desk-laptop to utilize. I requested to cancel my trial immediately. I was then charged $49.99 for one month. I repeatedly emailed with no response. This app is poorly designed and misleading. I would not recommend using. There are a multitude of great easy to navigate apps that do not scam you for money like this one. Very disappointed.

It's pretty dope a little glitchy on the phone but hey they say use a laptop for better results so it's dope for sure for the price especially
