Unfortunately, my experience with this projector was very disappointing. The projector had a visible mark inside the lens from the outset, and despite providing photographic evidence, this issue was never acknowledged by the seller. The projector was advertised as including a free 100-inch screen, but the screen supplied measured only around 63 inches. The seller later admitted that the advertisement was incorrect. The website also advertised Apple AirPlay compatibility with iPhone, iPad and Mac. However, when I reported that screen mirroring wasn’t working on my iPad, I was advised by the seller to use an iPhone instead, as they said the iPad software was not compatible. This contradicted the product description on their website. There were multiple emails back and forth over several weeks. I provided photographs, videos and followed all of the troubleshooting requested, but the issues remained unresolved and I was initially offered only a partial refund. After escalating the matter, I eventually received a full refund, which I appreciate. However, the inaccurate advertising, lack of acknowledgement of the lens defect, and lengthy resolution process mean I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. At the time of writing, we still have the projector, as CineMaster has not contacted us or provided any instructions on what to do with the product following the full refund. My advice to other customers is to persevere and pursue a full refund if you believe the product has been misdescribed or is faulty. If you are unable to resolve the issue directly with the seller, contact your card provider to discuss your options.
