Is Clawee down? What’s happening?
For 2 days, I’ve been unable to reach customer support. A cover page stating ‘page no longer exists’ loads. They owe me multiple prizes AND redemption of 16K freebe points. The shipping takes forever & they have to be reminded constantly. Am I blocked? Is Clawee malfunctioning? How do I get what I paid into now? Frustrating. I’m done.

I would give it a zero if I could.
I would give it a zero if I could. You can win anything without playing. Even if you win they lie and don’t actually send you the prize. When I reported to developer customer service they blamed their “multiple fulfillment” companies and said they have issues with them all the time and can’t do anything about it. They offered more “coins” as compensation so my child could play more. I think this is rediculous. A game designed for children left disappointed and suggest continuing to let them play and be disappointed again. You either follow through with your promise of sending the prize even if it means you find a different fulfillment center, or you refund the kids their money. You’re basically robbing an 8 year old.

I won 3 prizes on Clawee back in March
I won 3 prizes on Clawee back in March. The coins to play these games to win the prizes was purchased using my debit card. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and no one ever responded to me about this issue. I also paid for shipping these prizes on top of paying for coins to play the game. Total scam and if I don't receive my prizes by the end of May, I'm reporting them to Google Play Store, FTC, and I will get on social media platforms and explain all of the problems I've had with Clawee. I WILL TAKE THIS PLACE DOWN AS FAR AS I CAN UNTIL THEY SEND ME WHAT IS MINE FAIR AND SQUARE!!!!
