I have used Clinique since 1979.
I have used Clinique since 1979. Used 1, 2, 3, now the SPF 50 moisturiser. Plus moisture surge, used to love the tint way back when. I still have the lipstick i wore on my wedding day in 1980. So for 47 years i have trusted this brand. After a long illnes i started again, the difference was almost immediate Have just started wearing eye make up and bought the bottle of take the day off eye make up remover in the purple bottle. 1. I cant open the bottle! 4 nights of trying,.i cant actually feel my hands now! And then i read the comments on line, i am not the only person having difficulty and the problem is not new. So clinique, if you have this problem why have you not resolved it. My husband finally managed and now the liquid is in a jam jar! 2. I asked for a non greasy eye product and was assured this was not greasy. Well it is, my eyes are already sore and swelling by the minute. Beyond fed up. I wont be buying anything more than my 1,2 3. Take it back for a refund? i no longer have the reciept so not possible.

Terrible products that cause severe…
Terrible products that cause severe allergic reaction. They advertise products as non allergenic and when these cause allergies Clinique won't compensate customers. Very disappointing experience. I see that many customers are not happy, probably about the time they do something about this.

Extremely unhelpful
I ordered some products today and they are delivering to my old address I moved away from 2 years ago. Many miles away. I have placed orders with them since that date to my new address. The billing address is my new address. The order is still being processed but they have absolutely refused to change the delivery address even though same as billing address. I tried to cancel the order with my bank but is being processed. The bank are being very helpful. I am appalled by this company and will never use again.

Take your money don’t send you the goods
So I made an order 26th June, didn’t arrive. Spoke to someone online and they said check back with us after 2nd July, fair enough. So I waited till the 3rd July rang them and they assured me it was on route just a delay (clearly lost but whatever I will wait a little longer)… gave me my delivery charge back at this point thanks that’s kind but I just want my stuff. Lo and behold it did not arrive so I called them again a few days ago and after some convincing they agreed to resend. Just got back from work and they have sent me 1 out of 4 products I ordered… seriously!!! So now I have to spend my next day off contacting them for the fourth time about the same delivery! Products are good but poor delivery service and extremely poor customer service.

Clinique do not deserve any stars …
Clinique do not deserve any stars at all! I should have received 10% off my order and didn't. Their online chat keep you waiting for hours while they say they're checking but its impossible to take that long to check an order. They are useless and I will never buy from them again. They kept saying I will receive my refund and I never have. Total stammers. Products are very expensive so the customer service should be a lot better. You need to sort this!
