My 9-year-old daughter absolutely loves…
My 9-year-old daughter absolutely loves her Cloudnine hoodie, she honestly won’t take it off! ❤️ She has autism and ADHD, and comfort and sensory support are incredibly important to her. We have so many fidgets and sensory tools, and although she has access to them as part of her school plan, she rarely asks for them. She struggles to speak up for herself or say when she needs a little extra support. So when she put this hoodie on and looked at me and said, “Mama, this helps me,” it meant more than I can explain. 🥹❤️ There was no prompting and no asking her how it felt, those were her words. She feels comfortable, secure and supported in it, and she genuinely does not want to take it off! For a parent, finding something your child chooses to use because they recognize that it helps them is pretty incredible. This hoodie has been a huge win for us. 💕

Such a fun product and genuinely…
Such a fun product and genuinely valuable to us! It all started when my daughter saw a video featuring these hoodies and decided she absolutely had to have one. I’ll admit, I was sceptical at first. I thought, here we go again with something from TikTok! But with her birthday coming up, we decided to order one. As soon as it arrived, the whole family was won over. It is such a clever and lovely concept, and the anti anxiety aspect makes it genuinely valuable to us. We did have some trouble getting the size right. The first hoodie was too big, so we switched from an adult size to a children’s size. Unfortunately, we did not check carefully enough and the second one was too small. That was entirely our mistake. The website provides helpful sizing information, including the models’ ages and the sizes they are wearing. We contacted customer service and they were friendly and helpful. Luckily, both hoodies have found very happy new owners within our family, which says a lot about how much everyone loves them. Hoodie number three is now on its way! Of course, you could complain about the return costs, but our advice would simply be to study the sizing information carefully before ordering. These really are fantastic hoodies and such a wonderful concept. The fact that we have now ordered a third one probably says it all. We are genuinely very happy!

Fabric discolored after first wash
Ordered a hoodie for my daughter - thought it was great until I washed it and it became discolored. The discoloration got worse with each wash. Contacted customer service and they basically said they couldn’t do anything about it.
