This is the worst, i asked for a refund of 14 USDT and instead of giving me it they asked for 60 USDT first... like how dumb is this!!? They pulled a excuse and tried to trick me into giving them 60 USDT. Such a pathetic company 😡

Terrible experience of scammers. The find excuses that you made some errors and asking more money to get back. This happened to me, I deposited 50$, they said they didnt recevied anything, I proved my payment but the hash, and they invented some excuses and asking me 23$ in bnb to get back my fifty with an added 8% of tax for the service?? what??? I shluld have to send them other 30$ to get back maybe my 50??? they are scammer be aware and never sent money to their system.

Absolute scam. I requested a refund of 14.33 USDT (ERC20), and instead of returning my money, CoinPayments had the audacity to demand 0.02 ETH (which is way more than the refund itself) just to “release” it. No legitimate company on earth would ever pull such a pathetic stunt. This is not a payment processor — it’s a scam machine. They invent ridiculous “gas fee” excuses and trap your money, then try to extort more out of you. Only thieves and con artists run their business like this. Their so-called “support” is useless. Instead of solving problems, they pass you in circles and dodge responsibility. It’s rotten, dishonest, and insulting to customers. I strongly warn everyone: stay away from CoinPayments. They will steal your funds, waste your time, and then try to blame you for their broken system. Disgusting company. If you value your money and sanity, avoid this scam platform at all costs.

this is what happened: I tried to buy a product with cryptocurrency via coinpayments. The payment page on the website specified clearly the requirements of the payment being "ethereum, erc20". This let us think that we can send ethereum with a protocol matching erc20 standard. I sent ethereum via Arbitrum protocol that matches erc20 standard. And only after that coinpayments told me that they do not accept the specific Arbitrum protocol... Even if it is a very common way to send ethereum. This does look like a scam as the private key they own allows them to access my funds on the arbitrum network as it is the same as the key for the native ethereum network. (It is a trivial action to access it) So they can access my money and they tell me "you didn't send it the way we like, and we won't reimburse you unless you pay 0.02 ETH (60€)" even if they didn't specify clearly the way they like it in the first place. I am very disappointed.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
